BROTHER SEAFOOD RESTAURANT

Dim sum is a big part of the Asian culture and Brother Seafood has is covered. The ordering style in this restaurant is ordering of the menu. They will place a sheet of paper where you can mark what you want. The food always comes out hot and plum. I'm not 100% sure how it compares to the ones in Chinatown Philadelphia that comes out in the cart but comparing to Nom Wah Tea Parlor in Chinatown and Wokano on Washington Ave, Philadelphia; I choose Brother Seafood. The parking lot is also a big plus!

Although I am a big fan of their dim sum menu, their regular food menu I can pass on. Those, I do believe Philadelphia have better selections.
